JUST SOLD – Probate Sale with Court Confirmation!
This probate sale wasn’t easy, but we made it happen! With the estate’s limited funds, we provided our full probate service, we stepped in to cover upfront costs for cleaning and listing prep, including safety updates, new smoke and carbon alarms and water heater bracing.

We Navigated HOA complications due to back-owed dues, ensuring no foreclosure threats, kept close contact with the HOA Management to keep them updated of sales efforts. Managed the court confirmation process, handling strict sale terms and overbidding procedures.

Ensured that all parties kept informed along the way, including the buyer’s agent, who thanked me for my expertise in the probate process and acknowledged that it made the process smoother for both he and his buyer.
