I lost my childhood home in the Valley Fire in Lake County in 2015. After the initial devastation and heartbreak, I found my passion for helping others with their Real Estate Needs. In the aftermath of the fire, I realized, a house is more than some walls and a roof, a house is our foundation. Our homes help shape who we are and who our children become. That simple 2 bedroom house on the mountain that my grandparents built when I was a kid, was my home, that house helped shaped who I am today. Before finding my passion for Real Estate, I worked as a Legal Assistant focusing on Probate and Estate Planning. My legal background has given me a unique opportunity to work with clients in a wide variety of situations, needing a dedicated and personalized plan of action to achieve their goals. Outside of the office I enjoy: cooking, reading, hiking, and spending quality time with my family and friends, and exploring all that our beautiful Sonoma County has to offer. This probate sale wasn’t easy, but we made it happen! With the estate’s limited funds, we provided our full probate service, we stepped in to cover upfront costs for cleaning and listing prep, including safety updates, new smoke and carbon alarms and water heater bracing.

We Navigated HOA complications due to back-owed dues, ensuring no foreclosure threats, kept close contact with the HOA Management to keep them updated of sales efforts. Managed the court confirmation process, handling strict sale terms and overbidding procedures.

Ensured that all parties kept informed along the way, including the buyer’s agent, who thanked me for my expertise in the probate process and acknowledged that it made the process smoother for both he and his buyer.
