My dear fellow agents,
I’m used to seeing confidentiality agreements for all kinds of privacy reasons (famous, wanna-be famous, neighbors, corporate buyers, multiple offer strategies, etc) and protocol is for any confidentiality agreement be submitted and agreed to PRIOR to submitting your offer. Please don’t send it with the offer, or (gasp!) afterwards and expect it to be honored.

That’s just not how it works. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Closing escrow today on this gorgeous 5 acre property in Sonoma, just minutes to Sonoma Plaza. This one was truly an honor & a heart-filled project, as the seller had lived here for 30 years and due to health and aging it became too much to manage.

This story has a happy ending for everyone involved. The sellers are doing well and looking forward to the next chapter of their life’s journey, and as winter approaches a new family is making plans and when spring comes, they will start making their own memories here. ❤️
