Honored to be invited to the Top 100 Southern California Compass event at the incredible $85M Madison Club listing hosted by Ginger Glass and Alex Glass. It was a Compass event, but it was exciting to see the doors opening to other brands under the Compass International Holdings umbrella, including Sotheby’s and Coldwell Banker. I also had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with some of those agents, and at the end of the day, it felt like business as usual — we’re all just people working toward the same goal of serving our clients at the highest level.

A strong reminder that this business is built on relationships, collaboration, and shared ideas. Grateful to be part of it, and a special thank you to Robert Reffkin for creating this culture from the top down.
