Going to take a breath of seaside air

After returning phone calls and emails, running a market comparison and a drive-by preview, Carlos and I managed to get away for an afternoon at Dillon Beach. I sometimes get so wrapped up with work that I forget how important it is to take a few minutes to relax and recharge. It turned out to be a sunny day with just a hint of breeze as the fog alternated between revealing and covering Pt. Reyes in the background.

After a bite of Fish and Chips and Caesar Salad we took a walk down to the beach then cruised the neighborhood to check out possible cottage rentals for future visits. Refreshed and re-energized we headed back home ready to take on the world.
On the real estate side, I’m currently getting a log cabin style home near the top of Trinity Road ready for listing.
