(Yes, there is a old tractor, but make sure your kids don’t sit on it- she will come out and tell them to get down 😉, it’s rusted and just an iconic backdrop while you eat)

I handed the keys 🔑 to my client yesterday and she handed me these + more yesterday and I sobbed like a baby 🥹🥹🥹- I’ve become such a crybaby as I age lol

At the end of the day we are all just humans!

During this escrow I also lost my father and it was 2 days before her home went live on the market. I had to do open houses and talk to vendors. Life continues but moments like this- watching her pack her belongings in a home she raised her kids in and starting her next chapter, and her giving me a gift so close to my heart, is why we all do what we do!

Congrats to my client on this big win! Closing one chapter and starting another 🏡

Switching surf boards 🌊🏄‍♂️ for horses 🐴🐎 and strawberries 🍓 for apricots 🌳

My client was one of the few lucky sellers who didn’t need a bridge loan (although they don’t offer them for mobiles), or need to stay in a hotel/Airbnb and pay for a storage unit for months while trying to purchase a home BECAUSE we got her contingent offer accepted by who had a listing coming up in the exact area my client was looking in and we got it accepted off market- team work makes the dream work!

3 sets of happy clients, the seller on the hollister house needed a quick close ✅, my client needed her offer to get accepted on her replacement home, and the buyers on her home came in at asking and gave us a very smooth transaction 🙌🏼

Congrats to all parties involved! It was a group of very nice people (Including the realtors) all wanting the best for everyone. Such a happy story and ending!💕
