Cheryl came to real estate following successful careers in sales and marketing, as well as in education. In 2005, she joined Keller Williams Realty in Santa Cruz. A believer in life-time education, Cheryl obtained a degree in Psychology from Cal State University Long Beach and a teaching credential from UCI. Cheryl is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and holds numerous real estate designations and certifications – (SFR) NAR’s Short Sale & Foreclosure Certification; (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representation Designation; (e-PRO) Certified Internet Specialist; (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Cheryl has served on Keller Williams’ Agent Leadership Council. She has completed numerous real estate transactions during her career, representing both Buyers and Sellers in all types of residential sales throughout Santa Cruz County. Cheryl is experienced in selling both mountain and beach properties. She lists foreclosed properties for banks and represents Buyers & Sellers in Short Sales. In recent years, real estate transactions have become exceedingly complex. Cheryl believes that it is crucial that Buyers and Sellers select an experienced agent to represent, guide, inform and protect them throughout the entire process so that they obtain the absolute best results. Because she feels that it has become difficult for one agent to “do it all” and do it well, Cheryl has assembled The Dream Team. The Dream Team is comprised of caring, highly-trained real estate professionals dedicated to ensuring that all transactions run smoothly. In 1997, Cheryl moved from Laguna Beach to Santa Cruz County. She enjoys running and hiking (often with her dog, Molly, at her side), is an avid reader and she loves cooking for family and friends. Her two grown sons live in Santa Cruz.
