✨ Closed! After Nearly 3 Years on the Market ✨
This property was one of the most challenging listings I’ve ever taken on—nearly 80 acres, layered with county permit violations, delinquent taxes, and seller-financing complications. For almost 3 years, it tested every ounce of patience, persistence, and problem-solving I had as an agent.

But today, I’m proud to say: we got it done! 🙌

A huge appreciation goes to Sue Mitchell, the agent who represented the buyer. Sue was patient, tenacious, and had incredible attention to detail throughout the entire process. She was an absolute professional partner in getting this across the finish line.

And of course, I couldn’t have done it without my transaction coordinator, Sharon McGaughty, who kept me on track every step of the way. 📈 Median Sale Price: The median sale price for single-family homes in March reached $1,315,000, a 4.7% increase compared to March 2023. 

⏳ Days on Market: Homes are selling faster, with a median of 35 days on the market in March, down from 53 days in March 2023. 

🏘️ Sales Volume: There were 89 home sales in March, a 33% increase from February’s 67 sales, though slightly below the 96 sales recorded in March 2023. 

💰 Cash Buyers: Cash transactions remain significant, accounting for 30% to 40% of home sales, highlighting the competitive nature of our market.
