It's been a GROUNDBREAKING year for Towne Gate Commons, a walkable village that will include new residential and commercial units along with public space for the entire community to enjoy.

Select Properties, Inc., Souderton Borough officials, and business and community leaders came together to celebrate our groundbreaking! (See photos.)

Located in the heart of Souderton, Towne Gate Commons will be a dynamic destination with a diverse range of exciting dining options and high-quality national and local retailers.

“Towne Gate Commons was designed with the community in mind, and it blends what people already love about Souderton with the convenience and accessibility of an urban center,” said Brian Grant, Vice President of Select Properties, Inc.

Located on the site of the former Souderton Area High School, Towne Gate Commons will include 66 new three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhomes with private balconies, and two-car garages.

The new homes will add to the 74 townhomes that were completed and occupied in 2019 under the first phase of the project.

Towne Gate Commons is conveniently located within a half-mile of Souderton’s Arts District and its separate Business District. It’s minutes away from Route 309 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
