Nobody warns you about the last time they walk off the stage after their solo.

You spend years sitting in the audience, recording every performance, rushing to rehearsals, competitions, and recitals, never really thinking about the fact that one day there will be a last one.

Then suddenly, the music ends.

They take their final bow, walk off the stage, and it hits you.

You’re not just watching the end of a dance. You’re watching the end of a chapter that has been part of your life for so many years.

And while I’m incredibly proud of the young adults they have become, there’s a part of me that wishes I could freeze time for just a little longer.

One of the most important steps before closing is the final walkthrough.

This isn’t just a quick stop at the house—it’s the buyer’s chance to confirm that:

✅ No new damage occurred before closing

The Knicks win their first championship in 53 years… on my father-in-law Frank’s birthday. 🧡💙

Today was about celebrating a lifelong dream, remembering what a great man Frank was and how much we miss him, and watching my boys experience a piece of family history in the making.

Frank would have loved every second of this. The Knicks are champions, and the timing feels a little too perfect not to believe someone upstairs pulled a few strings. ❤️
