Sometimes one thing falls apart, so something else can come together. Last week we had to mutual release from a house they absolutely LOVED. Feeling a little discouraged, they still decided to hit the ground running this weekend with showings!

I always tell my client’s to trust the process, because when they do- the right one comes along.

The market is hard right now, but if you have the right agent guiding you, you are guaranteed to succeed!

I always tell me client’s “the right one always works out”. We went to see this house a couple weeks ago, they loved it, but they wanted to see if anything better came on the market… fast forward, and another white compared to this one. We wrote an offer on Monday, and we were under contract on Tuesday.

I am so excited for this sweet family to start this next chapter! 🏡✨

Fhew the market is HARD right now. After getting outbid on a few offers, we were finally able to win in a multiple offer situation. I am so excited for my first time home buyers. They have been looking for a house that they can turn into a home, and this one checked all of the boxes. I cannot wait to see what they turn this place into 😍

It was a good weekend to be represented by me! 🇺🇸

This client was referred to me by a local lender. She got pre approved for a specific house last week, and then decided that one wasn’t the one. A few days later a new listing popped up, and we got into see it right away. After a suspenseful 24 hours, our offer was the best out of 5!

Despite what some news outlets put out. The market is HOT right now. Buyers are STILL looking. If you are looking to make a move- I’m your girl! 🏡✨
