We recently had the opportunity to give the City of Wood Dale Staff and Council a tour of Northwood Station, our new 148-unit apartment community currently under construction in Wood Dale, Illinois, alongside Holladay Construction Group.

It was a great time connecting with the City, walking the site and seeing the progress firsthand. We’re grateful for our partnership with the City of Wood Dale and look forward to continuing to work together as this community takes shape.

Northwood Station is scheduled to deliver in Spring 2027, and we’re excited for what’s ahead!
