Yesterday, our South Bend team spent time volunteering at the South Bend Animal Resource Center - SBARC || City of South Bend - Municipal Government! 🐾

From cleaning and refreshing outdoor kennels with new pea gravel and installing a fence, to mulching around the building and showing plenty of pups some love, our team was happy to lend a helping hand.

It was a great day of teamwork, giving back, and making a difference for our four-legged friends! 🌟

Recently, we celebrated Jeff Arthur, SVP – Hospitality, for 22 years with Holladay Properties as he prepares to retire at the end of this year. 🎉

In honor of Jeff’s years of dedication and leadership, the new library at the recently renovated Inn at Saint Mary’s has been dedicated in his name and will be known as *The Jeff Arthur Library*.

We are incredibly grateful for Jeff’s unwavering dedication, leadership, and contributions to Holladay Properties and our hotels over the past 22 years. His impact on our company and hospitality team will be felt for years to come.

We also recognized Kim Arthur, General Manager of The Inn at Saint Mary's, and Jason Stanfill, General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn South Bend, with Holladay Hospitality, for their dedication to the hotels and their work helping oversee the renovations of The Inn at Saint Mary’s, Hilton Garden Inn South Bend, and Hampton Inn & Suites Mishawaka at Heritage Square.

Yesterday, we celebrated the groundbreaking of Empire Flats, our new 210-unit apartment community in Bloomington, Illinois! 🎉

A huge thank you to the City of Bloomington, Illinois for their partnership and support in making this project possible and helping everything come together so smoothly.

We’d also like to thank the Bloomington-Normal Economic Development Council, Bank of Springfield (bankwithBOS), Tandem Construction, Development & Architecture, and Holladay Construction Group for helping bring this project to life.

We can’t wait to see Empire Flats take shape and become a great addition to the Bloomington community!
