"I'm finding it difficult to describe just how impressed I was with Sioban. She far exceeded our expectations, making what is normally a rather stressful process both easy and enjoyable. Among the things I most appreciate about her include the following: * She is a superb communicator, staying in contact and answering all our questions before we really even understood them ourselves. * Her listings are artfully designed. She clearly takes great care in selecting and arranging pictures in such a way to best highlight attributes while also providing an accurate and understandable overview of the home. In addition, she is a skilled writer. I've read thousands of listings and Sioban's are among, if not, THE best I've seen. * She works with a great network of people so, when issues did arise (as they always do) she had people at our house in no time to perform additional inspections and repairs at a fraction of the cost others were quoting. Had it not been for her, we would have been at a complete loss as to how to address these issues and would likely have paid a lot more money to do so. Finally, her knowledge of the market far exceeded that of others with whom we spoke. She did her own analysis versus relying on computer algorithms to do it for her. Because of this, her asking price most closely matched what my analysis and my husband's feelings told us we should ask for the house (substantially more than others had suggested). As it turns out, she was spot on. Not only were we under contract in less than a week, it also went for over asking and closed right on time. I cannot think of a single thing that could have made this experience more perfect."
