With the good comes the bad!

I always show the good, I HAVE to shed light on the bad.

If I had to explain real estate with one word, it will probably be complicated.

Complicated explains it well because not one transaction is the same as another. EVER!

And, no matter how hard you work as a realtor representing a buyer or a seller, you cannot control what happens on the other side

I was setting up for a buyers closing when I got a call from the seller asking if we could push the closing back

After a few minutes of talking everything out and discussing with my buyer, we ultimately ended up going to the closing table that day

This was the third time we pushed closing to a new date. I’m happy I was able to get it done that day for my buyer.

Although we get the job done, that doesn’t mean it’s easy
