As your heading out for break, don't forget these maintenance tips.

1. Your heat must be on and set at 65 degrees per your lease.
2. Keep cabinet doors open to allow warm air to circulate.
3. Double check windows to make sure they are shut and locked.
4. Make sue thermostat is set on auto and not on or itcwill blow cool air qhen the heat kicks off.
