Congratulations to our sellers and buyers! Yesterday, we officially closed on Swallow Court.

We were so grateful to work with our sellers for a second time. Being trusted again, especially with the sale of an estate, is such a compliment to us. 🤍

After we listed the home, we had the opportunity to meet the family who ultimately fell in love with it, and we were honored to help them make it theirs. Yesterday, it officially became theirs with keys in hand! 🔑

We’re Kyle & Nicole Perry - a husband and wife real estate team!

Kyle is in his 9th year of real estate and Nicole is in her 7th. We both grew up in the area, so getting to build our business right here in the community we grew up in is something we’re really proud of.

One of the biggest things we love about our team is that when you work with us, you get both of us. We have very different personalities, different strengths, and definitely different ways of doing things… but we’ve figured out a pretty great system over the years. And honestly, we think it works really well for our clients.

💃🏻 Last year, we somehow convinced ourselves to participate in our local Dancing With Our Stars fundraiser where we ended up raising over $34,000 for the Center for the Homeless, which was such an incredible experience and cause to be a part of.

⚾️ We are huge baseball fans and are currently in the process of going to every MLB stadium. We also love to travel so this gave us a reason to visit cities we may not normally go to.

But really, the thing we want people to know most is that we absolutely love what we do. We love helping people make big moves. We love the relationships that come from this business. We love getting listings, negotiating deals, celebrating closings, and even the craziness in between.

And we are SO lucky to have the support we do from this community. We truly wouldn’t be where we are without the people who refer us, recommend us, share our posts, cheer us on, and continue to trust us with one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.
