What makes this one extra special is that our friendship started over 10 years ago on the sidelines of our daughter’s soccer game, and here we are all these years later navigating another important life moment together. Some closings just hit a little closer to home 💛

I had the absolute privilege of helping a friend I’ve known since grade school sell the condo she’s called home for the past 11 years. Real estate isn’t always perfectly smooth, and this one had a few bumps along the way, but we navigated it together every step of the process.

In the end, her home received 5 offers and sold over asking price 🙌 A true testament to preparation, perseverance, trusting her gut and the love she put into her home over the years.

As she heads south to start an exciting new chapter, I’m feeling both proud and a little sentimental. So grateful she trusted me with such an important transition.

At the closing table they said, “It feels like we’re breaking up!”
