🌿💙 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I'm proud to advocate for NAMI Vermont in supporting mental health and well-being in our community. As a realtor and a mom, life moves quickly, and it’s easy for mental health to slip through the cracks. I've learned that taking care of myself is essential—both for me and for my family.

Here are a few ways I stay grounded: ✨ Spending time outside in the fresh Vermont air: walks, hikes, and swimming 🧘‍♀️ Yoga at a local studio to clear my mind ☕ A slow morning with my family and a hot cup of tea to set a calm tone for the day.

Taking care of our mental health isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity. Let’s make sure we take a moment for ourselves this month—and always. 💙
