A ribbon cutting is more than the completion of a building—it's the beginning of a new chapter for the people who will call it home.

We're proud to celebrate the opening of Marsh House Apartments in downtown Waterbury, a new 26-unit affordable housing community developed by Downstreet Housing & Community Development and Evernorth, and designed by GBArchitecture.

Congratulations to our project partners, the Town of Waterbury, and most importantly, the residents of Marsh House. Thank you for allowing ReArch Construction to be part of a project that will strengthen the community for years to come.

Celebrating 10 years with Phil Biondo at ReArch! 🎉

For the past decade, Phil has been a valued member of the team, consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and client satisfaction. His industry knowledge, strategic approach, and attention to detail have supported successful projects and strengthened our relationships with clients.

This past September, Phil was named Chief Estimator in recognition of his expertise and significant contributions to our estimating function. In this role, he continues to support the success of our projects and the estimating team's overall performance.

We are excited to welcome several new team members to ReArch Construction!

Warren Franklin joined us as a Carpenter, bringing over 20 years of construction experience throughout southern Vermont and New Hampshire, along with strong leadership and project-execution expertise.

Taylor Gauthier joined us as a Carpenter. He adds valuable hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and custom residential construction, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship.

Jeremiah Moulton joined us as a Carpenter. He brings over 5 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, with strengths in framing and exterior work.

These additions further strengthen our field carpentry team, enhancing our ability to deliver high-quality work across every project.
