"We purchased a home and sold our home of 25 years with the Malley Group in the fall of 2020. Joe was well aware of the current market trends in the Williston area and knew the price point we should be aiming for on the sale of our home. He immediately pointed out some discrepancies within the town records that we were unaware of and needed to be updated in order to list our home properly. Joe also was well connected to inspectors and appraisers which helped keep the sale going in a timely manner.
Working with Melanie, the Malley Group stager, was an added bonus! We discovered that rearranging some of our existing furniture, making our bookshelves and decorative items more appealing, greatly enhanced the feeling in our home. We were able to take the tips we learned into our new home!
Because we spent 25 years raising our family in the home we were selling, the professionally produced drone video and 3D video of the inside of the house will be a cherished keepsake as we close that chapter of our lives.
