As we turn the corner for a new year in 2022, I am looking forward to my 50th year as a REALTOR in the Daytona Beach area. Over the years I have been involved with constant changes & challenges to assist buyers and sellers. In today's market in residential & commercial I find a very active market for REALTORS.

There are several things to look forward to in this market, one being able to stay healthy, second enjoy our rewards on closings, and find time to be with family and friends just to mention a few.

Always remember to help each other when you can, keep learning to improve your skills. Always do the best you can & be fair to everyone!

it would be great that all the Cities can have a set list of all the items that would be need for a new business to obtain their occupational license. This would save a lot of time and money chasing around and making calls that in the past went unanswered. Prospective business buyers would feel very welcomed and knowing they are Realty Being Helped!
