Huge congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of this beautiful piece of land! There were a few hurdles to get this to the end but ultimately we did it!

We originally met via a zillow lead for a virtual tour. Over the course of almost 2 years, virtual tours, ferry trips for my buyer off the island to remote parts of Massachusetts we found the perfect private retreat.

When I asked "What made you stay with me? The agent from a zillow call." and he responded, "I chose to work with you becasue you are the most honest Realtor I've ever met" ...Truthfully, that means more to me than any commission ever could.

Real estate is so much more than transactions. It’s about trust, relationships, and helping people feel confident during some of the biggest decisions of their lives. I never take that responsibility lightly.
