Market update! 🏡

Summer 2026 is coming to a close, so we thought it would be fun to take a look at the numbers for this season. June was the peak month for real estate on the Cape, though July closed with a strong median days on the market (13). Sales in July went for 98.8% of list price, which is on par with 2025.

We’re proudly sponsoring the 36th annual Yarmouth Rotary Charity Golf Tournament!

The annual event raises proceeds for many important communities here on the Cape: the High School Scholarship Program, the Yarmouth Food Pantry, Cape Cod Brite Lights, and other local organizations in need of financial support.

As a sponsor, we’re offered a foursome to play in the tournament. Since we’re much better at real estate than we are on the course, we’d like to raffle it off to one of you!

Taking place at the Cummaquid course in Yarmouth Port on September 18th, this is a great opportunity to give back while playing the oldest course on Cape Cod. ⛳

🌊Mayflower Beach: Known for its soft sand and dramatic low tide, creating extra space for adventures. Also a great spot to catch a beautiful sunset!
🌊Harborview Beach: Enjoy calm waves and boat watching at this beach located right next to Sesuit Harbor.
🌊Haigis Beach: With its warm waters and gentle waves, Haigis is perfect for a quiet beach day.
