La mayoría de los vendedores cree que el color de la pintura es cuestión de gusto. Pero cuando Zillow les mostró a más de 4,400 compradores las mismas casas pintadas en 11 colores diferentes, un baño rojo bajó lo que estaban dispuestos a ofrecer en $7,971 comparado con paredes blancas.

No se trata del costo de un galón de pintura. El comprador ve una pared llamativa, la suma a su lista de proyectos… y baja su oferta por la molestia.

La solución es sencilla: el verde salvia fue el único color que quedó en el nivel más alto en todos los cuartos que evaluaron los compradores, incluido el baño. Combínalo con molduras blancas y vuelve a pintar cualquier cuarto rojo, rosa u ocre antes de tomar las fotos de tu listado.
