WHAT IS YOUR BARTLETT HOME WORTH?

If you’ve owned a home in Bartlett for the past several years, you might be surprised by how much the local market has changed.

According to the most recent market data available from MRED:

• The median sale price for a detached Bartlett home is $465,000
• The average sale price is now over $504,000
• Sellers received an average of 101.6% of their original asking price
• Inventory of detached homes is down nearly 38% from a year ago
