FULL-TIME RENOVATION SPECIALIST

Join our growing real estate company and be a key player in transforming properties and maximizing their potential. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Time Renovation Specialist to oversee and complete high-quality renovation projects from start to finish.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and complete full renovation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
Manage materials, budgets, and project timelines
Perform hands-on work including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and more
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Ensure all work complies with building codes and regulations
Communicate with team and property owners throughout the project
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in home renovations and construction
Skilled in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, and finish work
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read blueprints and project plans
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
Available for full-time work
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years of experience in renovations or construction
Own basic hand tools required
Power tools are a plus
Ability to work independently and manage projects
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Must pass a background check
High school diploma or GED preferred
