We’re excited to celebrate the closing of Lighthouse Ridge, a new 52-unit affordable housing community coming to South Haven Township.

Located on 73rd Street just off M-43, Lighthouse Ridge will bring much-needed affordable rental housing to the Lakeshore and help address the growing housing needs of working families in Southwest Michigan.

The development is a collaboration between Wallick Communities, Mno-Bmadsen, and Bogan Developments. Wallick brings decades of affordable housing experience and manages thousands of apartment homes across more than 200 communities throughout the Midwest. Together with Mno-Bmadsen’s development and engineering expertise and Bogan’s local relationships, the partnership is bringing a significant new housing investment to the South Haven area.

Construction is expected to begin soon with a completion date in fall of 2027.

Stegman RE Group was proud to provide listing representation, and Premier Lakeshore Title was honored to handle the title and closing for this project.

We’re proud to have played a role in this closing and excited to watch Lighthouse Ridge become part of the South Haven community!

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. To remember that day, the City of South Haven, South Haven Area Emergency Services, and South Haven Police Department will host a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony. The event will start at the Huron Street Pavilion at 9am and conclude at the Firefighter's Memorial at the downtown island on Phoenix Street. Additional details will be announced shortly.

📚✏️ South Haven Public Schools are getting ready to welcome students back!

Before the backpacks come out and the school bells ring, Open Houses are happening this Thursday, August 27! It’s a great opportunity for students and families to meet teachers, see classrooms and get ready for a brand-new school year.

Wishing all of our South Haven students, teachers, staff and families a wonderful year ahead!

Open Houses are next week Thursday, August 27, from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. We are so excited to see everyone and for the new school year! The first day of school is Monday, August 31. ✏🍎
