It’s been a crazy year!! I am so grateful Nate brought us to Texas for his schooling and the amazing friendships and opportunities it gave us. He graduated in May and got accepted to an amazing program in Idaho. We’ve been there for a couple months now but I saw some of these charts recently and wanted to reflect on my career in Texas. I am so grateful for the amazing people I got to work with that helped me reach my goals of staying in the top 5 of my office. Only working in Texas full time for about half of the year I knew I needed to go out with a bang! Luckily with so many referrals and clients that trusted me, I was able to do that even while we were moving, finishing our home remodel, and buying another home ourselves. Real estate is so fun and I love how it challenged me! As we moved to Idaho and get ready to have our first baby (any day now 😱) I’ve pulled back from my full time craziness in Texas. But look forward to staying connected to the friendships I made with my clients and friends, continue to help you / your friends and family in Texas, and start a new chapter and career in Idaho as well. I am still licensed in Texas and Utah and have AMAZING realtor partners that can help me, help you buy and sell your homes!! I got the special experience of working with so many medical residents buying their first home this year. I’ve always loved that so much knowing Nate and I would be in the same phase soon and this time we were! Emma and Ben were so fun to work with and we LOVE the house we found for them. Nothing better than using the physicians loan for 0% down and negotiating the seller to pay for closing costs. Money back on closing day is a dream come true for buyers!! 🎉🎉

I am behind on sharing some recent closing for my awesome clients!! Kelsey and Tom will be moving from out of state so we did the whole thing remote. I sent them lots of videos, toured areas and homes, and we got them a BEAUTIFUL place to call home during their medical residency. I am so happy for them!! It will be a peaceful and wonderful space as well as a phenomenal long term investment after they move.

The market has been BUSY and FAST all over again but we were able to find my cute client a BEAUTIFUL brand new townhome in a gated community our first time out for showings. We both loved it so it was especially exciting to have it appraise for $20,000 more than she paid! What an incredible investment and exciting new phase 🎉
