Beloved family recipes have a way of bringing people together.

Our team at Legacy House of Logan recently joined Good Things Utah to share how their Heirloom Recipes program helps residents connect through food, traditions and memories.

Chef Don Gomez and Activities Director Lori Koch shared a resident’s Milk Cake recipe while highlighting the stories and connections that make these recipes meaningful.

It’s a great example of our Personal Touch Culture, taking the time to understand what matters to each resident and creating experiences that feel personal.

Please join us in welcoming Alexis Briggs to the Western States Lodging and Management and Nxt Property Management teams as Property Manager at The Gallery Apartments!

Alexis brings nearly three years of onsite property management experience, including supporting two communities through lease-up, along with a bachelor’s degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech. Now, she’s bringing that experience and a collaborative leadership style to The Gallery.

When asked which Western States Lodging and Management value resonates most with her, Alexis chose Perform Together:

“We can accomplish a lot on our own, but I’ve learned that the best outcomes happen when we support each other, share ideas, and work as a team to achieve better results.”

Celebrating the people behind the progress at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mesa Gateway!

Our recent topping out event brought together the crews, partners and team members who have put in the work to bring this hotel to life. Reaching full structural height is an exciting construction milestone and one worth celebrating together.

We marked the occasion with Backyard Taco, good company and a well-deserved thank you to everyone who has played a part in getting us here.

There’s still more to come, but we’re proud of the progress being made and excited to keep building toward opening day in Mesa, Arizona!

Exciting progress is taking shape at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Mesa Gateway, one of Western States Lodging and Management’s in-progress hospitality development projects.

Recently, we celebrated an important milestone: the hotel’s topping out ceremony. A longstanding construction tradition, a topping out marks the placement of a building’s highest structural element, signifying that the structure has reached its full height.

More importantly, it was an opportunity to recognize the people who have helped us reach this point. To celebrate, Backyard Taco was served to the crews, partners and team members whose hard work is helping bring this hotel to life.

In partnership with The Boyer Company , and in collaboration with FFKR Architects and Parkway Construction & Architecture, along with special guests from Mesa Gateway Airport, we’re proud to celebrate the progress we’re making together.

Each milestone brings us one step closer to opening the doors and welcoming guests to SpringHill Suites Mesa Gateway.
