In today’s market, a typical home is sitting anywhere between 16 to 90 days on the market—and in many cases, you can expect that timeline to double unless the seller is willing to meet the market where it truly is.

Pricing is everything right now.

I recently sold what I’d consider a fairly average home, and despite current conditions—where inventory is rising and days on market are increasing—we received nearly 9 offers. We went under contract, fell out, and successfully secured another buyer. Not only that, but I positioned multiple backup buyers, even navigating limitations within the process.

That kind of activity doesn’t happen by chance—it comes from strategic pricing and strong market positioning.

The reality is, you can’t price a home based on what you hope to get. You have to price it based on what the market is actively showing buyers it’s worth.

Today, Grayson Global Enterprises crossed the $2,000,000 mark.

And I’m not proud because of the number.
I’m proud because of what it took to get here.

There were seasons where I wasn’t sure I’d recover.
Moments where I questioned myself.
Situations that could’ve defined me — but didn’t.

I had to find grit I didn’t know I had.
I had to rebuild when it would’ve been easier to quit.
I had to choose discipline over emotion. Faith over fear.

I’m just really grateful today.

I’m somebody’s son.
I’m somebody’s brother.
I’m somebody’s uncle.

And I’m proud of how I was raised.

I was taught that no matter how much pain you carry, you don’t hand it to other people. You don’t make the world bleed just because you’re hurting. And life will try to break you. It will stretch you, humble you, shift you, evolve you.

There were seasons where I didn’t feel as joyful as the little boy I came into this world as. Parts of that innocence change. But what I’ve realized is… the joy didn’t disappear. It just matured.

It’s a quieter joy now. A deeper one.
Less loud, more intentional.

And I’m so thankful I still have it. That light inside of me. The one that makes me passionate. The one that makes me genuine-hearted. The one that still wants to help people, protect people, and love people well.

Life didn’t harden me. It refined me.

And I’m really proud of that.
