Maag Real Estate I believe in cultivating life-long client relationships built on care, trust, and exemplary customer service. Fitness keeps her physically and mentally sharp!

Marlene is excited to be in her 19th year of real estate. She loves getting out of bed every morning knowing she's in the business of serving people! Understanding how important the purchase of a home is, she treats each transaction with the care she would if she were the one buying. With Marlene you can bet the same amount of energy, dedication and enthusiasm she puts into all aspects of her life will be integrated into a real estate experience that will surpass your expectations. She offers exceptional client support and education – areas that are often left wanting in the industry, but are at the core of everything she and Influence work for. She also provides exceptional service to first time homebuyers, and in the area of investment properties. A graduate of Weber State University in Ogden, Marlene has a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance Management and a minor in Nutrition. She has also worked as a Trade Show and Promotions Coordinator and as an Event Planner, and knows firsthand the importance of outstanding marketing. She’ll do everything in her power to ensure your property is marketed optimally so selling is a breeze! Marlene is a wife and mother, and loves outdoor activities including mountain biking, skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. She also teaches group fitness classes. If you’re looking for someone with the energy to get the job done, give Marlene a call!

Salt Lake County’s median single-family home price climbed to a record quarterly high of $645,000 in the second quarter of 2026, up 4.88% from a year earlier. Demand remains strong as Utah continues to add households and the supply of single-family homes remains limited in many desirable communities—even with elevated mortgage rates. Alpine ranked as the Wasatch Front’s most expensive ZIP code at $1.55 million, followed by Huntsville at $1.36 million and Eden at $1.34 million.
