Pam and I tried a new restaurant this week, Puerto Vallarta Mexican Grill. What a nice experience. An awesome atmosphere, attentive servers and great food. I wouldn't call it authentic Mexican food because I've never had authentic Mexican food, but it certainly stands out from the pack. We highly recommend you try it!

Last post I said: "Be sure to know, I still have time to help you, your family or anyone you know to buy or sell real estate in Utah!"

What precipitated this comment was this. I have an associate, also a real estate broker that takes a major vacation each year then posts the photos throughout the year. He had a good friend list his house with a different agent. He asked him why. The answer was alarming. He said "I didn't think you would have time to sell my house when you're always on vacation.
It has made me not want to share photos from my escapades! You know how much I love photography and I would love to share more photos. But again, be sure to know, I always have time for you, your friends and anyone you know who needs the best service possible in real estate!

These two photos were captured in late October in American Fork Canyon. One you can just see the tip of Timp poking out, the other is the back side of Timp.

We were able to spend a day in Canyonlands earlier this year. I snuck down to this vantage point to get an image. I didn't know someone was outing me on the danger! It was only several hundred feet down!

Stand for Something!
I was able to get this snap the middle of October, late in the fall cycle. I love how robust the quakies are amidst the opposition.
In this crazy world, it feels like we're the quakies! Stand tall and firm and we'll get through!

We are going to have this Taylorsville rambler on the market this Friday. It is a total of 2200 square feet, 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The basement is partitioned but needs to be finished. New roof, paint and carpet throughout. It's gorgeous! Listing at 325,000. If you have friends looking for a home, please let them know.
