It’s a happy day! My clients (who also happen to be my besties) are officially under contract to build a beautiful home with Ivory. It’s seriously a STUNNING house with one of the biggest living areas I’ve ever seen. They love to host family and friends and will now have the space for it. 🙌 It’s going to be so beautiful and I’m so dang excited for them! ❤️

Walkthrough today for the most gorgeous home that my clients built. 😍 They seriously have the best design style and taste and I love how modern and clean this home turned out. They close next week and I couldn’t be more excited for them! ❤️

Happy closing day to this dear friend of mine and her family! 🥳 They purchased their first investment property today and it seriously makes my heart SO happy! There’s really nothing better than helping my people get into investments because I know how life changing it is. My first transaction for 2022 and it was for myself! 🥳 We closed on our third investment property last week and I love love love brainstorming with my clients to help them find ways to get into investments themselves. It is something I am SO passionate about! I’ve already had quite a few friends reach out wanting to know more and it just makes me so happy! 2022 is already off to a busy start with walkthroughs, staging appointments, showing homes, lunch meetings and I just couldn’t be more grateful for my clients! ❤️

Okay this is why I love my job. My clients are SO much more than clients to me—they’re my people!! ❤️ I truly am passionate and care so much about what I do and the people I help. Buying a home is a BIG deal and I hope my clients can always feel my enthusiasm, passion, and love for them as they make one of the biggest decisions in their life. Feeling all the feels. ❤️😭

Happy closing day (again!!) Spencers! 🥳 This is their third transaction with me this year so I think this officially makes them my most loyal clients. 🥰 I’m just so happy for them—purchasing their first investment property is a huge deal! Annnnd my cute lender is the best and not only brings my clients a gift to closing, but spoils me too! Homemade salsa…🤤 Thanks Teresa! ❤️

So dang excited for my clients to be under contract for their very first investment property! 🎉 If you know me you know this is something I am VERY passionate about--it's actually why I decided to become a Realtor. We bought our first investment property back in 2017 and it sounds cheesy but I truly feel like it changed our lives. I know some people are very intimidated by the whole process but that's why I'm here. 🤗 I just get so excited to help my people get into rental properties so today is a happy day! ❤️
