EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY !! �

We have a part time opening for a COST ACCOUNTANT with experience working in the construction or real estate industry.

The Cost Accountant assists and supports our Corporate CPA by maintaining accurate and complete accounting records. The Cost Accountant must be a team player and have strong organizational and accounting skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

-Processing of accounts receivable
-Assist in reviewing and processing subcontractor applications of payment and general condition invoices for payment as needed
-Prepare & distribute Certified Payroll Reports and other required documentation for jobs subject to prevailing wage
-Assist in accurate monthly reporting, including job cost reports, and general ledger reconciliations

Required Skills & Experience

Associates Degree and 2+years of cost accounting experience
Computer knowledge and efficiency, Quickbooks & Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams
Excellent math skills
Ability to multi-task
Good time management and organizational skills
Honest & Happy!
