Meyers – typically called the “Gateway,” is the first community neighborhood one enters when arriving in South Lake Tahoe via Highway 50 from Sacramento. Although the area maps may make Meyers appear to be a distance from the main town, it is only approximately five minutes to the area known as the “Y” which is the intersection of Hwy 50, Emerald Bay Hwy (89) and Lake Tahoe Blvd. From there, it is
