Locally, a new restaurant opened in New Hudson. Noble has been in the works for a couple of years and we immediately made reservations when we heard it was open. From the people that brought us Bourbons and Brighton Bar and Grill, Noble is here and it was fantastic. It’s busy and they’re new so have a few minutes of patience even if you have a reservation.
