Moreno’s primary accountability is to consult with clients to identify what is most important for the client and establish a clear plan on how to achieve that goal. One of the greatest assets Joshua provides is his ability to establish clear communications, bold leadership, being empathetic & understanding the psychology of real estate. He applies these gifts gracefully to conduct effective consultations & create “Win-Win” relationships. Joshua is a native to Miami & is a first generation American with his roots stemming from Nicaragua. Joshua holds in high importance the principles of leadership, communication & service to the community. When not working, Josh can be found swimming at the beach or at Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center. A center dedicated to providing therapeutic horseback riding & teaching horsemanship to children with autism & down syndrome. Josh is the proud father of a Border Collie/Labrador mix named “Hachi”, a dog he found that was abandoned in a field at two months old. Josh enjoys yoga, visual arts, architecture & sports cars.
