Born and raised in Pinecrest, she attended Epiphany School and Lourdes Academy, both nestled in the beautiful South Miami area. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Babson College with a focus in Entrepreneurship and later earned her MBA from the University of Miami, with a specialty in Brand Management and Marketing. Before beginning her real estate business, Denise enjoyed a successful branding an
d marketing career in Fortune 500 companies located in New York City and Los Angeles. Her experiences in such companies including Liz Claiborne Brands, Burger King and Nestle USA gained Denise the opportunity to develop a sharp business acumen, operating with utmost professionalism with extreme attention to detail, analytics, and data driven results. Denise relocated back to Miami in 2009 and decided it was time to put her passion for Real Estate and her entrepreneurial skills to work. She leveraged her corporate America business experience to create her real estate business in South Florida, with a focus on marketing and market data. Denise truly believes that she is in the business of marketing, and ensures that each home is given the ideal exposure in both offline and online tools that appeal to the correct target market. In addition, Denise is a data driven person and uses key market analytics to make sure her clients are making sound real estate choices. She understands that for many people, their home is one of, if not, the most valuable asset in their lives, and feels privileged to lead clients through the real estate process. Living in Pinecrest with her husband and two young girls, Denise is back to where she grew up. She truly lives, works and plays in Pinecrest and the surrounding areas such as Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and South Miami. She has a keen eye for seeing potential in older homes and appreciating the new construction in these truly spectacular neighborhoods in Miami.
