Introducing Our Newest Design: The Coastal Farmhouse
We’re proud to unveil The Coastal Farmhouse, the newest addition to our growing stable of architecturally driven homes within ACRE Group Fund 25. This timeless design reflects the thoughtful craftsmanship and context-sensitive approach that define our work.
Inspired by the classic farmhouse style, The Coastal Farmhouse was conceived specifically for South Miami’s intimate, tree-lined streets and its unmistakable small-town charm. The crisp white lap siding, soft blue shutters, warm brick accents, and welcoming front porch give the home a fresh yet familiar character that blends naturally beneath the neighborhood’s lush canopy.
Inside, the design opens beautifully to a sweeping two-story rear elevation anchored by expansive glass doors and generous balconies overlooking a resort-style pool courtyard. This large 6-bedroom, 7.5- bathroom residence sits on a 13,040 sq. ft. lot and features its own private master wing, offering a level of scale, privacy, and comfort uncommon in the area. Every proportion, material, and detail was intentionally crafted to balance modern luxury with the warmth and authenticity of the surrounding community.
