Getting an accepted offer is an exciting milestone, but itโs not the finish line. In fact, there are several important steps that happen before you get the keys! ๐
From scheduling the home inspection to coordinating the appraisal, providing documents to the lender for the loan approval to completing the final walk-through, thereโs a lot happening behind the scenes.
One of the biggest misconceptions is that once an offer is accepted, everything just falls into place. The truth is, there are deadlines to meet, paperwork to coordinate, and plenty of moving parts. ๐
Thatโs where I come in! ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ My job is to keep everything on track, negotiate any repairs or price reductions, communicate with your lender, title company, and the listing agent, answer your questions, and make sure you always know whatโs coming next.
