So happy for my seller and glad he didn't go with those wholesalers who kept calling and bugging him offering waaay less than what he got on the market.
It was a long journey just to get the house listed as my seller was retiring and living hours away. I would pop over on weekends when he was in town to help move things or go over the market with him.
It's the trust and relationships I'm building that are super important to me.

Congrats to my buyer who closed on his new home! It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Crazy thing is, he said he got recommendations for 2 other realtors but they never reached out to him. I'm always just a text/call/email away and will always respond.
