🏡 ACCEPTED OFFER! 🎉
Congrats to my buyers! This one is a great example of why follow-up matters in real estate.
This home had an accepted offer and had been sitting that way for about 45 days. Instead of just assuming it was gone, I followed up with the listing agent to find out why it still hadn’t closed.
It turns out the sellers were getting ready to cancel the contract with the other buyer. I immediately asked to get my buyers through the property. Once the previous contract was officially canceled, we got our offer submitted—and today we have an ACCEPTED OFFER! 🙌
Sometimes the right home isn’t necessarily off the table just because it says “Accepted Offer.” Having an agent who keeps following up and looking for opportunities can make all the difference.
