This morning I learned my buyer needed two minor repairs completed to qualify for a 5.75% WHEDA rate instead of a conventional rate around 6.3%.

A few phone calls later, a contractor was scheduled for tomorrow, the timeline stayed intact, and we're still on track to close next week.

Sometimes the biggest value a Realtor brings is solving problems before they become roadblocks. 💚
