Office Spotlight!

Meet Carol Yamamoto, Senior Escrow Officer and Manager of our South Ogden Office.

"With over 40 plus years of experience with various reputable Corporations, I have had extensive training and opportunities in Human Resources and Title and Escrow. I have had the opportunity to be involved in many different facets with each corporation. At Backman Title Services we close not only Residential, but also Commercial Real Estate transactions. I feel this has helped me to develop many professional and personal skills. For the past 29 years I have held an Escrow license with the State of Utah. I am also the owner of a State approved continuing Education Class course on “Title Commitment and Closing Statements”. I have been approved by the Weber/Davis Board of Realtors to teach this class to Brokers and Real Estate Agents. Throughout my career, my teaching experiences have become invaluable in helping clients understand the escrow process. I view each transaction as an enjoyable challenge and an opportunity to meet the needs of the people I serve. I also attend the Title and Escrow Meetings each month at the State of Utah Insurance Department. This has given me a leading edge on what new policies and procedure are required and are implemented.
I look forward to serving the needs of both you and your clients."
