What do you get when you mix them? Fried ice cream.
Warm weather is coming! This delicious dessert is a crowd pleaser. Have you made it before? What did you think?

Fried Ice Cream. Tastes like a frozen churro stuffed with ice cream! Everyone raves about how delicious this is. And it's super easy.

5 cups corn flakes-crushed (easiest to use a gallon zip lock with a rolling pin to crush)
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ sticks butter (real butter. No subs)
2 quarts vanilla bean ice cream
1 tablespoon cinnamon
8oz whipped cream. I use heavy cream and whip my own.

Melt butter in a large fry pan. Mix in sugar then add crushed corn flakes. Fry on medium heat for 3 minutes or so. **Don’t overcook! Remove from pan immediately.
Mix 2 quarts of ice cream with cinnamon and whipped cream until incorporated
Line bottom of 9x13 pan with 2/3 corn flake mixture. Smooth ice cream mixture over crust. Sprinkle remaining crust over it then drizzle honey over the top. Freeze for 2+ hours and serve. Enjoy!

What is a rate buy down?
Simply put it is paying money for a lower loan rate.
A permanent or temporary rate buy down can be purchased. Costs can vary daily based on the current market rates. A rate buy down can keep your monthly payment several hundred dollars less! A good mortgage lender can let you know if it’s a beneficial path for your situation. I have tested and tried my mortgage partners. They are amazing. I’d love to introduce you!

Some first-time buyers may think they need 20% down to buy a home.
That’s not true.
-3% for home ready conventional
-3.5% for FHA
-0% for active or retired military VA
