🏡 January 2025 Utah Housing Market Update! 📊🔥

Hey friends! The latest market stats just dropped, and there’s a lot to unpack! Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just keeping an eye on the market, here’s what you need to know:

📌 Homes are sitting a bit longer – 49 days on market (up from 44 last month). More time to shop, but still moving!
📌 Median price per sq. ft. is $229.78 – Holding strong!
📌 Total homes sold: 2,147 – That’s down 6.8% from last year, but don’t let that fool you…
📌 Prices are still climbing!
🔹 Single-family median price: $553,000 ⬆️ (+2.9% from last Jan)
🔹 Multi-family median price: $405,000 ⬆️ (+3.6% from last Jan)
📌 Inventory is growing! 4,458 new listings hit the market—more options for buyers!
