If your child just graduated or is heading off to college this fall, first of all - congratulations! 🎓 That's a huge milestone and you should be incredibly proud.

And when the celebration settles and you walk past that quiet bedroom, it is completely normal to start thinking about what comes next for you.

I've been there. My kids are grown and I remember that season vividly - the pride, the nostalgia and the slow realization that the house you raised your family in might be ready for a new chapter too.

Happy Pride Month to everyone in our beautiful community! 🏳️‍🌈

If you're looking for a wonderful way to celebrate, the North Jersey Pride Festival is coming up on Sunday, June 14th from 12 to 6pm at Memorial Park in Maplewood. Admission is completely free!

Expect live music, local vendors, amazing food, a kids zone and thousands of people coming together to celebrate love, family and community. It's one of the biggest family-friendly LGBTQ+ celebrations in the tristate area and it's right in our backyard.

Hope to see some familiar faces there!
