Truth be told, this transaction included a trip to ICU, for one party of the transaction, but God is good, always, and I’m humbled to report that he is recovering, and that we finally pushed this one through.

This closing reminded me of why I do what I do, and that there are no coincidences.

I’m blessed to be in alignment, and to witness God’s miracles more often than not.

I wish you knew what it took for this moment to align, but just know that a couple of angels in Heaven intervened for today to come to pass.

I’m so incredibly proud of my client, turned friend, who is honoring her mom’s memory and legacy by leaving her mark at SpaceX, starting her investment portfolio before the age of 35, and is loving hard, while being an amazing human being, along the way.

I’m grateful for people who hold me accountable to fulfilling my purpose, and who inspire me.

And, still, the best is yet to come. 🖤

Sixteen years ago, I visited a bungalow, at Sapphire, and got to experience the magic of sunrises and sunsets at this very unique location.

Since then, I’ve been able to visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but, as cliche as it sounds, nothing compares to South Padre Island.

Sixteen years later, I was blessed with an opportunity to pour into another staging project at my happy place.

What’s even more humbling is that my grandma used to clean condos, at the island, pouring her heart and soul into her work, to feed her family, and here I am building a second business there. Chills. I know that she’s looking down on me and is proud. Blessed to be in alignment, and grateful for the sacrifices of those who came before me.

Although real estate is my calling, it’s hard to put how incredible building a second business, that I’m passionate about, into words is, especially when it’s as fulfilling and as much of a full-circle moment as this project was.

I’m now at over 277 hours of pouring passion into this project, to date, to give this beauty a much-deserved refresh…all during my peak season of real estate and the height of Summer heat and storms.

I tried to create a coastal chic experience, with this project, that will make the next owner fall in love with our beach, too. The sunrises and sunsets here simply cannot be put into words - only experienced.

The best news? This coveted property is now ready for a new owner to make memories at the beach that was voted as the best beach in Texas, once again.
