Congratulations to Jacqui Dempsey for being the November Queen of Hearts Drawing Winner! Jacqui stopped by the office on her way home after she had returned our call within the required timeframe and picked envelope #18. Charlie Abrego, Sales and Event Manager, with Holiday Inn Resort South Padre Island, Texas joined us today to pull the winning ticket and open the envelope picked by Jacqui. It was not the Queen of Hearts, it was the 8 of Diamonds, but Jacqui is still a winner. Holiday Inn Resort South Padre Island, Texas was this month's Consolation Prize Winner with a $100 Gift Certificate for Food and Beverage at the resort.

Thank you Jacqui Dempsey for participating in the Queen of Hearts and thank you again to Holiday Inn Resort South Padre Island, Texas for their very generous Consolation Prize.

And the biggest thank you goes to everyone that participated in this month's drawing!

The Johnsons are regular winter visitors aka “Winter Texans”. They reached out to say they’ve been paying to rent on the island for many years. It was time to MAKE A MOVE!! When we found this bay front condo the 3 of us knew it was THE ONE! I immediatley got it under contract for them. We met several times at the condo for Mrs Johnson to measure the windows so she could sew her custom window treatments!! I can’t wait to see them!! Congratulations on your new fabulous condo!
