Viviana and I purchased a two bedroom condo at Las Sombras condominiums in San Antonio two years ago... and recently decided to start renting out the condo through our website to our surprise its renting very well.... but we are getting alot of rental leads for more condos in San Antonio which I dont have... potential leads are coming specifically from military and professional people. City of SPI has 6 miles of beaches that are not closed, only Cameron Co has closed the beach access 5 and 6 and isla blanca park....please pay attention to the correct information the media is reporting.

The City of South Padre Island is excited to announce the Island has reopened with limitations beginning Saturday, April 25, 2020! As many return to the Island, everyone must continue to follow the Centers for Disease and Control Prevention, Governor’s and County’s guidelines to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Currently allowed:
• Beach activities broadened: chairs, lounging and sunbathing
• Multi-modal/Visitor Center and the Convention Centre Boardwalk
• Curbside retail
• Hotels and Short Term Rental agencies are encouraged to take non-essential reservations
