The last few months have definitely tested the limits of EVa Property Management and Avex Investments. More properties, more guests, more maintenance calls, more last minute problems, more lessons learned… and probably a few more gray hairs. 😅
There have been days when it felt like everything that could go wrong decided to happen at the exact same time. But somehow, we survived. 💪
And honestly, that’s how you grow.
We definitely tested our limits this summer, but we also learned that EVa Property Management and Avex Investments can handle a lot more than we thought.
Maybe we took on a little too much at once… but we’re still standing, still growing, and getting better with every property. 🚀🏡
